REACH, the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and
Restriction of Chemicals, is the chemical legislation in EU.
According to REACH, Avesta Finishing Chemicals is a formulator
(downstream user), not a chemical production company.
Along with the timetable (deadline 1st of June 2015) for the
implementation of CLP we will adopt the new legislation.
